Bluff's Marina over looks yacht basin's and the intracoastal waterway. It's a short ride to the beach and the Juno fishing pier. Buildings have elevators, covered rear balconies, open 2 bedroom, 2 bath floor plans.
Villas on the Green is just south of Indiantown Road and includes tennis, shuffleboard, pool, clubhouse and on-site management. 2-3 bedroom condos surround an over-sized green area and a deeded beach pathway is located on the northeast side of the community.
Jupiter Ocean Racquet Club and Sea Lofters are bunched together on the east side of US Highway 1. Jupiter Ocean Racquet Club buildings have elevators and are 2-5 stories, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom configurations. Sea Lofters are an entirely different architectural style with walk-ups to the second story units, all have private outdoor courtyards in 1 & 2 bedroom floor plans.
Jupiter Bay is one of the few communities which allow nightly, weekly and monthly rentals in the condo association. The ability to rent allows owners to offset their carrying costs, and the close proximity to the beach with resort style amenities make it a great option for seasonal residents.
Ocean Park Condos are located behind the Maltz Theater and a short distance from the ocean, movie theater, groceries and restaurants. So close that walking is an option!
Abacoa Town Center - Village at Abacoa are situated above and around shops, restaurants, baseball stadium, golf course and public transportation. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans are available in secured building with elevators as well as buildings to the east without elevator options. They share the community clubhouse, pool, fitness center and hot tubs.
Chasewood Condos are just east of I-95 and the furthest west of all condos in this list. Older construction, yet solidly built, Chasewood offers a great deal of value for the money. There are 2 community clubhouses, pools and there are tennis courts near the southern entrance.
Riverbend offers the most affordable pricing until the monthly condo fee is factored in. With condo fees in the $700 per month range, this often offsets the huge savings in purchase price. The high condo fees in Riverbend have stifled property appreciation values.
